Seedhowe Cottage

Staveley
Lake District
Seed Howe Cottage in Staveley, a former barn dating back to 1742, was extended & lovingly restored in 2009/10 to expose the ancient construction of Lakeland slate walls with oak support and roof timbers. Simultaneously, state of the art bathrooms and kitchen were added with the indulgence of under floor heating to the traditional flag floors. A wood burning stove, large comfortable sofas, beautiful soft furnishings and lighting ensure a luxurious mix of old and new for you to enjoy throughout the year.
